Main Idea: Since we have died and been raised with Christ to now live our lives in Christ, by the grace and help of His Spirit we will put to death the sins that remain in us as we live out the rest of our days awaiting His glorious return.

Colossians 3:5-8a
5 Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 6 On account of these the wrath of God is coming. 7 In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. 8 But now you must put them all away:

1) Put Sin To Death (v 5a)

2) Put These Sins To Death (v 5b)

3) God Hates Sin (v 6)

4) We Must Put Our Sins Away (vv 7-8a)
